so true...

I told my friend [that exercises every day], about my plan, and he decided to join in with me. So we plan to start walking around the track in Walnut [i think its the high school track area]...
or run... maybe...
cuz since i'm a smoker, and he is a smoker, it is quite hard for us to run
especially since i'm anemic, and have a small heart... i would faint if i ran for too long...
[excuses excuses... i know... but i fainted like 5 times in one semester in 11th grade, and 3 times in senior year...]

anyway... hopefully this works...

i think it will cuz this friend changed my eating habbits...

  1. Hi there! I think that having an exercise buddy will greatly improve your plan to work out more. This persons dedication and and encouragement will motivate you to stick to your plan. I took aerobics for winter and every time I didn't feel like going, I remembered that it is the one time of day that I can spend with friends. The whole "I'm going through this with you" thought should keep you going :) Wish you luck!!!

  2. Hey Iuri,
I think a good positive reinforcement would be to also plan out to do something fun after a workout. When I used to run with my friend we would usually have breakfast together or at least grab a drink (preferably a healthy one, but you can work on that later).
