*bad news

I sat on a knife... and got a cut on my leg...
sounds stupid but it does hurt quite a bit...
so my intense workout plan is going to be cut down to "not so very intense" workout...
the cut is longer than my pinky... and a bit deep...
i cut it yesterday morning, but it is still bleeding...
um...
yeah...
i'll still workout and everything, but i'm going to try not to put too much pressure on it.
ahhhh fail...

  1. Umm and how did you happen to sit on a knife? I agree with the cutting down part. If you getit infected, you can't work out period so yeah, light workout sounds best. Maybe avoid lower body and work upper body? Perhaps. Heal up.
