okay... so i have created a new work out plan for meeee XD
I am normally at school 6 days a week from 8am... so I don't think I'll be able to work out in the morning because I have to drive my mom to work at times.
I get out of school early on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, but sadly I work at TLJ bakery until 10pm on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays...
The only days I'm actually free to work out is Thursdays and Sundays...
I really think it would be nice to work out every night, but having a late class that ends after 10pm doesn't sound too great.
I plan to do cardio for about 30min and push-ups/sit-ups for another 30min.
It's only one hour so I don't think it would be too much for my overly packed weekdays...
I shall start from (hopefully) today...
If I end up not working out, I'll post again... *sigh*
