FAIL

I got home around 11pm so I couldn't do any work out as i planned...
and I was at school until late, went to my friend's house to do hw... so fail again...
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
SIGH Tuesday i'll also be late cuz i have class until 10pm
so... maybe starting from... wednesday... after work... i guess... i'll start...
sigh

  1. Not to be mean, but I think you are making up a lot of excuses not to go work out. That was also one of my problems before because I used to have classes until really late at night and then I had to do homework. However I got around that by waking up really early to go workout or you can always join Mt. SAC's gym at workout during any 1 hour gap between classes.
    I remember reading this article, I couldn't find it, but it was saying how exercise tends to improve almost every aspect of your life from academics to physical wellbeing yet its almost the first thing people tend to get rid of or make excuses for. Exercise should be near the top of the list.

  2. I agree with Winston that the problem is too many excuses. I have this problem too. I move my plan to tomorrow because it is not that important. However, you must make it start(even a little step) or it will never be part of your plan.

  3. It is sad how true what Winston said. Almost everyone has excuses to put off exercise yet is so necessary to being healthy and having a better way of living. I hope you can get past whatever excuses you have built around you. Plan to set aside time for a certain activity and actually go through with it. You'll be happier in the end.
